Two-hour time lapse of beautiful altocumulus clouds (my favorite cloud type) at sunset set to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata makes for a relaxing feast for the eyes and ears. Was fortunate to see these clouds coming right over the Backyard and set up the camera just as they arrived. These are technical Altocumulus stratiformis perlucidus undulatus progressively invading the sky (UN WMO Cloud Atlas) and because they are moving right at the camera the time lapse effect is most dramatic. Typical with this type of cloud they tend to thicken up as the move over and a nice pink sunset effect is seen.
