The White Winged Dove doesn't really sing "ooh ooh ooh" but rather "Who Cooks for You" somewhat similar to the Barred Owl, but at a lower volume and pitch. Dove songs and calls are often mistaken for owl sounds as they have a distinctly nasal quality.
