A Cooper's Hawk takes a nice soak in the little stream flowing from a spring in the Great Smoky Mountains. This is the best Cooper's Hawk video yet! If you listen closely and at high volume you'll hear an Eastern Chipmunk doing their monotonous cluck cluck cluck call which they do all the time in early Fall, but in this case it is a warning for the hawk in their territory as they are prime food for the forest hawk.
