Excited owls calling in the Backyard in February is a good sign. Mother Screech owl has been checking out the newest owl box with the best cameras and microphones and everything looks good. We just need to wait for her to definitively make up her mind, but it looks promising. Eggs usually don't start until early March so stay tuned.
